One-Day Workshops:
This Fruitful Mind – A transformational exploration of your creative streak! We explore writing, voice and percussion, comedy improvisation and much more besides! This workshop is all about self-expression through creativity, and how our individual creativity stems from the very essence of who we are as people. Be prepared to laugh a lot!
Mindful Communication – In this workshop we take an intuitive look at how we communicate, particularly in times of challenge and conflict. You will learn to listen more effectively, communicate more authentically, and how to say “No” without feeling guilty!
Identity & Values – Do you know who you really are? Do you struggle to be true to yourself? What about your values? Do you know what they are, or have you ever even considered what they might be? This workshop is all about deep-diving! Going to the places in your being where the answers to all of these questions lie. If you are one for staying nice and cosy in your comfort zone and happy to continue self-sabotaging, then this workshop is definitely not for you!
The Dreaded Drama Triangle – In this workshop, we get familiar with Dr. Steven Karpman’s ‘Drama Triangle’. Karpman’s Drama Triangle is a highly accessible and extremely effective way of understanding the dynamics (very much at play in family life!) between The Victim, The Persecutor, and The Rescuer. Without any further explanation on my part, I bet you’ve already identified with one glance at the diagram below, which role you are in right now! During my DDT workshop, we explore how we can take ourselves out of victim mode to become agents for change – not just within family or work dynamics, but in the wider world.
“I attended Kevin’s ‘Ten Tools for Mindful Living’ workshop. Although I had been looking into it, I had never really practiced mindfulness. Kevin listened to what I needed, and advised me on how to work through some of my own personal stumbling blocks. The day was lovely and relaxed ending with a guided meditation. I am very pleased to say I have incorporated some of these tools into my daily life, and am much more content within myself. Look forward to attending another In the near future. Kevin is very relatable and open about his own journey, which I always feel is a great way to teach others.” – Michelle
